    Scope of Position

    This is a Level 1 Tech position that provides remote and on-site support to contracted business clients. The position is based in the Weatherford, OK office and requires regular office hours in the Weatherford, OK office.  There is no option for remote work for this position. Day travel for on-site jobs will be required.  This is a safety-sensitive position.

    Skills Required

    • Basic knowledge of Windows Server OS platform and Hyper-V

    • Basic understanding of LANs, VLANs, and VPNs

    • Basic understanding of DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Domain Controllers and Group Policies

    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Entre, Azure and 365

    • Basic knowledge of VOIP technology

    Expectations

    • Communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing in the English language

    • Rotate with team members to be on call (rare situations for limited clients)

    • Able to lift computers/monitors/servers and light furniture, up to 50 pounds

    • Maintain reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

    • Able to safely drive work vehicles with passengers to and from job sites

    • Able to safely perform duties on commercial premise of customers

    • Able to pass background check and drug test

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree or related Vo-Tech program

    • 1 year of related experience

    • CompTIA Security+ (not required to apply)

    • Recent and relevant experience with Windows Server OS, and Windows 10, 11 Pro.

    • Recent and relevant experience resolving problems related to hardware and software products

    • Working knowledge of server operating systems in Hyper-V environment

    • Working knowledge of NTFS file system permissions for domain user accounts

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize assigned projects to meet deadlines

    • Ability to test and identify system and network vulnerabilities

    • Recent and relevant experience resolving problems related to hardware and software products
